Network Walkman

Early A Series

This collection follows the first phase of the A Series, when Sony pulled flash and hard-disk Walkmans into one shared identity and started treating the line as a unified digital platform. From the first 2005 models through the NW-A829 generation, these players show the period when the Walkman stopped feeling like a set of parallel experiments and started becoming a finished product line. The point here is not to capture every A Series model. It is to show the early phase, when the A Series was still defining what that identity would be.
