The NWZ-B133F added FM radio and recording to the entry-level 1 GB B Series formula. It kept the direct USB and ZAPPIN features. The player offers 1 GB storage for MP3 and WMA files along with an LCD display, FM radio with recording, direct USB connectivity, ZAPPIN, and 18-hour lithium-ion battery life.
This model is still a very simple budget Walkman. FM just made it more self-sufficient and more useful when you were not actively curating a music library. Sony often uses radio not to elevate a player but simply to make it feel more complete in ordinary life.
