NWD-B105

The NWD-B105 is a step-up model within Sony's entry-level B Series of flash-based Network Walkman players. It kept the series' emphasis on simple digital music use while adding a bit more capacity. Equipped with 2 GB of built-in storage, it handled MP3 and WMA files and includes an LCD display for track and playback details. Direct USB connectivity managed transfers, and the lithium-ion battery provides around 18 hours of use.

A slightly roomier version of the same stripped-down B Series formula, built for users who wanted a little more space without moving into the more elaborate branches of the Walkman family. The logic remained the same: direct USB transfer, simple playback, and a player that behaved closer to a practical digital tool than a curated lifestyle object.
