NW-E395

NW-E395

The NW-E395 is an E Series Network Walkman offering 16 GB storage for MP3, WMA, and AAC playback. A 128x160 TFT display, 35-hour lithium-ion battery, FM radio, and photo playback completed the set.

This Walkman model provides the highest capacity in the final E Series generation. The E395 capped that same late E branch and represents endurance of category. By the time it arrived, smartphones had already absorbed most casual music playback. Sony kept the E line alive anyway, but in a narrower and cleaner form. It is not trying to compete with a phone on features. It is preserving the dedicated-player idea for people who still preferred one.
