NW-E394

The NW-E394 is an E Series Network Walkman with 8 GB storage supporting MP3, WMA, and AAC files. It uses a 128x160 TFT display and 35-hour lithium-ion battery with FM radio and photo playback.

The doubled-capacity variant retained the same compact E Series formula. The E394 is the same late E idea with a little more room and the same basic philosophy intact. By this stage the E Series had become very honest hardware. Sony was no longer trying to make the line seem more important than it really was.
