NWZ-E455

The NWZ-E455 represented the highest-capacity 2010 E Series Network Walkman. It extended the series' multimedia and audio-processing direction. It carries 16 GB flash storage supporting MP3, WMA, AAC, and WAV files along with video and photo. The 240x320 TFT display, 50-hour lithium-ion battery, FM radio, WM-PORT, DSEE, Omakase Channel, and Lyric Pita were standard.

The E455 caps this generation and pushes the same "simple but complete" formula a little further. It still follows the stripped-back E philosophy, but with enough capacity and polish to feel less constrained than the smaller models. Sony had already settled the identity of the line. This one just gives it a bit more room.
