The NW-S764/NI is a color variant of the ninth-generation S Series with Bluetooth. It retained the E050-style body design. It offers 8 GB flash storage supporting MP3, WMA, AAC, and WAV files along with video and photo. The 42-hour lithium-ion battery, WM-PORT, Clear Phase, and Bluetooth defined its use.

This model carries the same broader role as the base model. The suffix changes the presentation, not the role.
