The NW-A865 is a 7th generation A-series Network Walkman featuring touch panel operation. It newly incorporates Bluetooth functionality and has 16GB of internal storage. It supports audio playback in ATRAC, MP3, WMA, and AAC formats, and also supports video and photo playback. It offers approximately 36 hours of operation with its lithium-ion battery and features S-Master MX and Bluetooth functionality. This unit employs a self-contained configuration using its internal storage.
